The services sold from the website depend on the user's input and choice. When purchasing a service, the user accepts these terms.
The user's choice of performance is binding. No return is granted unless item 4 of these conditions is met.
In the case of weather conditions, which are considered by the master to be more appropriate for the comfort and safety of the passengers, the master may at any time change the service to one of the company's other services on the website.
• Price and payment
All prices on the website are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT for services to private, while services to traders are exclusive of VAT. When you complete the purchase, the amount will be deducted on your credit card the same day.
The website receives payment from Dankort, Visa and Mastercard. The company pays the fee charged by the payee (those who provide payment via credit card). The user pays any other fees that his own customer issuer may charge.
In the event that the master considers that the provision of passengers' comfort and safety can not be carried out on any of the services mentioned on the website, full return is granted to the user. The amount returned by bank transfer or mobilepay within five business days.
• Special weather conditions
In case of weather conditions where departure from Haslehavn is deemed more appropriate for the comfort and safety of passengers, this will be communicated to the user via sms and mail no later than the day before departure.
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us may be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Agency Center for Complaints Solutions, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaints Solutions via www.forbrug.dk.
The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used for lodging a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a resident of another EU country. • Data processing
The company reserves the right to use the data provided by the user on the website under the following conditions
